THE SIMPLE THINGS was written about a day I spent in the mountains near Cambridge, VT.
LET ME DREAM AGAIN came from one of the musicals I composed. Although the music never got off the ground, the music lives on.
THE IMPROV is one of Nancy’s trademarks. Her ability to compose and sing songs in the moment are uncanny. Never written before and never sung again. She had to put this, the first take, on the CD of course.
RUN WILD RIVER with Violin Stylings by Dan Keller. The chorus of this song was written when Nancy was in fourth grade. She added verses to bring the song back to life.
